Repair Policy

Repair Policy:

In the unfortunate event, if your product gets damaged, please place a repair query via email at sales@nainikasarda.com, we will be happy to carry out repairing. 

Once we receive the damaged product, we shall assess whether the repair is approved under our manufacturing defect or not. If the damaged product is not approved under our manufacturing defect, then the repair will be subject to an additional fee based on the job required, which will be submitted to you for your approval prior to the repair work being carried out.
