Return And Exchange Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received. Please make sure that the product is returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Products that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back without issuing a refund.

To place a return you must initiate the request within 24 hours or receiving the product by contacting us via email at sales@nainikasarda.com

If your request is initiated after 24 hours then no actions will be taken.

To accept the return request, we shall require an unpacking video of the damaged or incorrect product else the return request shall not be accepted.

The product must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it.

Kindly ship it to the given address provided by the team once your request is accepted.

The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

The product can only be exchanged once in a single order, after which it’ll be considered a final sale.
